CUSTOMER SERVICES
Job Description:
The person must possess the ability to get new customers in Signs & Web Services Business. Must meet revenues and customer satisfaction
objectives.
JOB TITLES:
- Graphic Sales & Customer Service Consultant or Lead
- Business Development Consultant or Lead
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Looks for new customers in the Greater Boston Area & the USA
- Does Elisign products & services presentations in the USA
- Makes cold calls to potential customers .
- Answers incoming calls generated by our offline & online advertising to get new customers
- Follows up and helps close deals
- Meets relationship standards to warrant customer satisfaction.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
MARGINAL DUTIES:
- Understands and follows the federal, state, and local laws that govern Sign & Web Services sales.
- Serves as a mentor for new Sales Consultants.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Well-developed customer satisfaction skills
- Valid automobile driver's license
- Some Sales experience in Signs, Graphics, Printing and/or Web business preferred
- Software and graphics skills preferred
