Intellectual Property Protection (IPP)
As an essential part of our services, Elilink has implemented a series of special practices regarding Intellectual Property Rights, in order to secure the use of confidential data, to anticipate possible intrusions, and to prevent any possibility of information loss. We understand that our customers and partners have the undisputable right to demand complete confidentiality and security, and we will continue to do our best to guarantee our client’s peace of mind. All details and requirements of security procedures are discussed with clients beforehand and formulated as special rules applying to all people involved in the project’s fulfillment.
Our policy includes the following:
- The Guidebook for Security -
Elilink has created a special training for all company employees, covering every aspect of IPP, and Internet and intranet security policies. The Guidebook for Security describes everything about security issues regarding the company, and gives employees all necessary information as to how to comply with the client’s requirements.
- Leveled Access – by providing different levels of access to essential data,
Elilink can guarantee the confidentiality and security of all information given to us by our partners and customers.
- Additional Tools - Elilink has implemented additional tools for networking security to protect our operations from intrusion, and these tools are continually updated.
- All Elilink employees are obliged to sign confidentiality agreements, covering all procedures regarding working with both client’s and partner’s information and software. Our record in employee compliance with this requirement is, to date, perfect.
- Elilink provides its clients with all the information they need to meet internal rules for security. We understand that trust is vital for successful business and we can guarantee our customers that no IPP leakage and/or security problems will arise under any circumstances.
