Vladimir Baranovsky was appointed Managing Director of Elilink Consulting Ltd, a member of Elilink Group, in 2004. He is responsible for the administrative functioning of the member company. 
 
Vladimir joined Elilink Group since the first establishing days in 1997 as an Operation Manager. From 2003 to 2004 he worked as an Operation Deputy Director of Elitrans Ltd, a member of Elilink Group.

Vladimir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from Belarusian State University.
